Relative Race Ancestor Profile

To help get the word out about the upcoming season of BYUtv’s race-against-the-clock, family-finding reality competition series, Relative Race, we contacted social media influencers to do an unboxing to post on their channel of their own personal ancestor profile. Consenting influencers gave their personal family tree information to professional genealogists, who, in turn, provided us with their ancestor’s profile. We took that information and created an entire ancestor experience for each influencer to learn from and enjoy. Each kit included a folio of their ancestor’s life story, personal timeline of key events, newspaper clipping, obituaries, pictures, and maps. We also included quality keepsake clues to who their ancestor was, where they came from, and what they did.
